Pooh Sticks Limited is an independent consultancy which specialises in helping organisations improve performance. We lead people through a process which allows the organisation to visualise the roles and responsibilities and assign priorities to its activities.
What do we deliver?
Our methods allow the organisation to choose from an in-house solution, a third party development or a COTS application. We believe that we can arrive at a set of prioritised business process in two weeks, given the availability of subject matter experts with a desire to make the organisation better.
Who is our lead consultant?
Our lead consultant is Russell Hart. He has a Masters degree from the Manchester Business School. His first degree is from the University of Liverpool.
What can he do?
Russell is an independent consultant who has discovered, designed, developed, deployed and delivered benefits for solutions. He has worked in agile and waterfall environments, having taken projects through the life cycle from initiation to post implementation support.
What is he really good at?
Russell has more than forty years’ experience in mapping business processes. He has facilitated hundreds off workshops with thousands of subject matter experts, resulting in thousands of process maps. He is an expert user of Microsoft Visio, Excel and Word.
What is he doing now?
Russell is exploring the application of AI to the automation of workflows using BPM software. He is working on a cutting-edge application for the NHS with the intent of driving up the efficiency of Consultants while increasing the effectiveness of Patient treatment.
